Eric is professional and provides excellent service! Carver is the real deal!
Not only is he unbelievably quick in helping to answer your questions and to get any necessary paperwork completed…but he is also so thorough while working to find answers to questions you didn’t even know you had.
He helped us purchase insurance policies for ourselves and our children. Then, he ended up getting us the best rate for our home and auto policies too!
In saying all that, though, it was not the timely customer service or even the amount of money we saved that “sold” us. It was his honestly and his character. And you can’t put a price on that. Well…actually…Alfa did. And it was cheaper than all other competitors BUT with better customer service.
